Go to our Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a secure password. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once you submit the form, check your SMS or email for a one-time verification code, enter it on the confirmation screen, and your PH Fortune account is live. You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register.

Yes, completely free. There is no sign-up fee or registration charge of any kind. You only put money in when you're ready to play — and even then, the minimum deposit is just ₱500. Creating your PH Fortune account costs you nothing.

No. PH Fortune strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your PH Fortune account, go to Account Settings, and select the field you want to update. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address require verification via OTP sent to your current number or email before the update is confirmed. If your deposit is declined due to a provider limit, try splitting it across two transactions or use a different payment method.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are typically instant — your PH Fortune balance updates within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually reflect within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to the next banking business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and we'll sort it out quickly.

PH Fortune does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, some payment providers may apply their own service fees — for example, certain bank transfers carry a small InstaPay or PESONet fee imposed by the sending bank, not by us. GCash and Maya generally have no fees for transfers to registered merchants. Always check your e-wallet or bank's fee schedule before transacting.
Withdrawals

Log in to your PH Fortune account and go to Wallet > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or other supported channels — enter your account details and the amount, then confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request, otherwise it will be held pending identity verification.

Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day. You'll receive an SMS or email confirmation once your withdrawal has been released from our end.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PH Fortune is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by method and player tier. Standard accounts can withdraw up to ₱100,000 per transaction. Account Security

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox. Click the link, enter your new password (at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols), and confirm. Your new password is active immediately.

Log in to your PH Fortune account and go to Account Settings > Security. Toggle on the Two-Factor Authentication option and follow the prompts to link your registered mobile number. From that point on, every login from a new device will require a one-time code sent via SMS. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it's the single most effective way to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

Act fast. First, try to log in and change your password immediately. If you can't access your account, use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. Once you're back in, review your recent login history and transaction history for any activity you don't recognise. If you want to increase a limit later, there is a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Decreasing a limit takes effect right away — no waiting period.
