1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of our platform at phfortune.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PH Fortune ("we," "us," or "the Platform").
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using PH Fortune immediately. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms means you accept the revised version.
2. Eligibility
To use PH Fortune, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one PH Fortune account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including PH Fortune staff. We will never ask for your full password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@phfortune.best.
3.4 KYC Verification
PH Fortune follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by our licensing obligations. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
PH Fortune accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
4.2 Deposit Minimums
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account verification level and selected payment method. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited instantly.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or when additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are only released to payment methods that have been verified in your account.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on PH Fortune are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PH Fortune is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Important: PH Fortune does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit found to have originated from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
PH Fortune offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each individual promotion. PH Fortune reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we suspect the bonus was claimed in bad faith.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or placing contradictory bets — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and possible permanent account closure.
5.4 Changes to Promotions
PH Fortune reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Promotions are only valid during the stated period and cannot be combined unless expressly indicated.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on PH Fortune — including PBA betting, boxing betting, and other sports markets via our betting odds pages — are subject to the following rules:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for that specific bet.
- PH Fortune reserves the right to void any bet in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our control (such as event cancellation or force majeure).
- Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and may vary by event. PH Fortune reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion.
- Winnings are calculated based on the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed. Any subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed wagers.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, PH Fortune's decision shall be final, based on official results from recognized governing bodies.
7. Fair Play and Fraud Prevention
PH Fortune is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any form of financial manipulation.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized payment methods.
- Money laundering or any attempt to obscure the origin of funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable bonus restrictions and fraud checks) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting our support team.
